scope

These general terms and conditions regulate the conclusion and content of the contractual relationship between the orderer / customer and RONA. They apply in the current version at the time of the conclusion of the contract. When the goods or services are ordered, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted. Deviating conditions will not be recognized unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing in individual cases.

delivery and shipping

RONA delivers to Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

The minimum order value is CHF 50.-

Shipping costs per order CHF 9.00
Shipping is free for orders of CHF 150 or more.

The dispatch takes place on the same day / at the latest on the following day of the receipt of payment. Exceptions to this are vacation or illness from RONA. In these cases, I ask for your understanding that there may be delays.

Undeliverable packages

If the customer refuses to accept the ordered goods, he is in default of acceptance and has to bear all costs incurred and incurred. If a parcel is not picked up or the acceptance is refused, the buyer bears the return postage and the postage for the new delivery of the goods.

refund policy

The buyer can return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, in a new condition (original packaging and label). The costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer. If the goods are opened, damaged or returned incomplete, the return can be refused.

Complaints regarding damage, delay, loss or poor packaging must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You must notify us in writing of any visible defects immediately, and hidden defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

These terms and conditions can be changed by us at any time or replaced by new provisions. Changed terms and conditions apply from their publication. Technical data, changes or errors as well as price changes are reserved.

Fulfillment and jurisdiction

The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law. The place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship is Basel-Stadt for both parties.
